Mike’s roots are in St. Catharines, but his experience stretches across the country. After launching his career out West and earning an MBA, he returned home in 2019 to take the lead at Carv. Since then, Mike has expanded the business with a new showroom in Stoney Creek, added full renovation services, and introduced flexible financing to make high-quality kitchen projects more accessible.
Mike brings a rare mix of business acumen and genuine care for every customer. He’s committed to making your renovation smooth, stress-free, and — most importantly — successful.

Angela’s been with Carv since the early days, and design has always been part of her story. With a diploma in Interior Design from Montreal’s International Academy of Design and experience in architectural design, Angela brings both creativity and technical expertise to the table.She’s passionate about helping clients see what’s possible, and she takes pride in crafting spaces that feel thoughtful, functional, and uniquely “you.” Every kitchen is a new adventure — and Angela’s always up for the challenge.

Leith has been sketching floor plans since she was a kid growing up in St. Catharines — long before she realized it could be a career. After earning her diploma from Sheridan College, she honed her eye for detail while working in high-end furniture design in Toronto before returning to her hometown to focus on kitchen design.For the last 15 years, Leith has helped homeowners across Niagara design kitchens that reflect who they are and how they live. She’s all about smart storage, intentional flow, and blending timeless design with everyday practicality.
